Lauren Halabi lives a purpose-driven life filled with career coaching, community service, and physical training. Despite her healthy lifestyle, she was diagnosed with breast cancer in July of 2019 at the age of just 29. Since then she’s endured multiple surgeries and struggles. Lauren’s amazing story inspired ecover to throw a fundraiser in her name in 2019, called the HalaBEAT Cancer Banquet.

The focus of their session was to examine stories of perseverance and innovation in the current landscape of COVID-19, but more specifically how to utilize Agile methodology and choosing to pivot instead of pause when encountering obstacles.
